Union Investment erwirbt Logistikimmobilie in Hannover

 

 

Union Investment hat die Logistikimmobilie des Internetreifenhändlers Delticom AG für ihren institutionellen Immobilien-Publikumsfonds Immo-Invest: Europa erworben. Verkäuferin ist die 24. bauwo Business Center GmbH, eine Tochter der bauwo Grundstücks AG, die seit über 20 Jahren als Projektentwickler und Bauträger für gewerbliche Immobilien mit dem Schwerpunkt in der Region Hannover tätig ist. Das rund 60.000 m² umfassende Gebäude mit direkter Anbindung an die Autobahn in Hannover-Sehnde wird im Juli fertig gestellt und ist bereits heute langfristig an die Delticom AG vermietet.
